RN/LPNJob Description
1:1 School RN:
– Pay Rate $52/hr
– Health & Dental available after 30 Days
– RN with pediatric experience with medically fragile students
– Comfortable with trach/vents, g-tubes and care of student with seizures, wheelchairs and impaired mobility
– Meet at the child’s home 15 minutes before the school bus arrives and stay only 15 minutes after the bus drops off back home
– RN does not help with patient care in the home. U-46 will have a form to review and sign with these guidelines.
School Hours:
High School 7:40-2:55, so typically RN would work 6:30-3:30ish
Middle School 9:00-3:27, so typically RN would work 8:15/8:30-4:15ish
Elementary-this student starts at 8:00-2:00, so typically RN would work 7:30-2:30ish
